The Browns and the Hardest Goodbye!

We had such a fun time - as always at the Browns. We ate wonderful dinner and played games, karoke and Don's favorite - 4 tv's set up playing Halo!
This is Megan, Carrie's oldest (natural child) and Brooklyn karokeing
I wouldn't let Rachel get off easy - so I kept taking pictures until she smiled!

Tara and her BEAUTIFUL baby girl, Kayleigh - look at those blue eyes!

The boys playing Halo and 2 of the 4 tv's going

Roger's oldest son, Steven and Don

Rachel and Jana singing is one of my favorite things, well when any of the Brown girls sing it is so beautiful, Laura joined in and Ava was totally mesmerized by their voices

This is Anna Ware, she was Brooklyn's all time FAVORITE babysitter, next to the Browns, until she graduated highschool. So sad.

This is why it was so sad and hard to leave their house, they were crying, I was crying. I don't get to see them enough, to be welcomed in as if we hadn't been gone for 4 years and then to have Don just sit down and start playing games with people he has only met a handful of times, the warmth this family has it is just so hard to leave. It was by far the hardest goodbye we had. I miss them so much.

Thank goodness for Rachel and a bit of comic relief - at least we left laughing. If it wasn't Sat night before Easter and nearly 11 at night we would have stayed for ever.

HA HA. Aw... that post was tender, Erica! It really was so hard to say goodbye because it was SO GOOD to see you guys! Hopefully we'll be able to meet up again soon. Sorry Jana and I were sick but thanks for still pretending like we sounded good HA HA. I also appreciated that you used the picture where I actually smiled... I bet the uncooperative ones were pretty funny :)LOVE YOU GUYS! :)

We had such a good time that night. It sure would be nice to have you down the street again. Just look how spread out we all are now! But we still love you and all your family just as much!! Thanks for taking the time to spend an evening with us. It will always be a beautiful memory!
