Help!

I need to reorganize my 'gym mix' on my Ipod. Not 50's In da club and Em's Shake That, can ever get old - I just need a little something more.

So this is an all points bulletin what's in your gym mix? I need some up tempo stuff - stuff that makes you want to dance and shake your butt --- which actually today at the gym I was on the elliptical and I caught myself dancing? funny.

So since your ticked about it I'll leave my comment :) I just figured my music may be a little tame for you :) My personal cleaning faves (that's the time I need motivational music) are Move Along by All American Rejects, The Great Escape by Boys Like Girls, Sk8ter Boi by Avril Lavigne, and I must admit there are several on Miley Cyrus's new CD that I am quite fond of :) One thing I've just started that is SO FUN is a Zumba class. It is really fun if you can find one near you. If not, feel free to move back to Vegas and take one at Black Mountain Rec Center :)

I meant to tell you this on the phone yesterday, sorry! But I found on itunes they have podcasts that are all workout music. They are all mostly like house music, like techno beats & stuff, but they get the butt movin! (and they are free) I also googled good running songs the other day and got a few good ideas. I owuld list them, but I have to break up a fight.
